Bullets removed from the body of Lawrence Boggs slain March 20, near Nolans Branch have been sent to the experts in Washington for comparsion with the bullets which caused the death of Boggs .uncle, Bish Boggs. Murder charges were filed shortely after Boggs death, agaist Homer Lewis 34, Wooten and James Blevins 37, Baxter. No charges have been filed in the Lawrence Boggs death.. Lawrence Boggs who was under bond for the murder of Millard Sizemore, was killed instantly with a hail of bullets from a red jeep, containg two men and two women. Lawrence's body was exumed and the bullets removed for comparison  after the death of Bish Boggs and sent to the FBI in Washington.

Bish Boggs was the brother to Mae Boggs Nolan
and son of Silas Boggs and Susanna Miniard
